Decarbonising Britain debate

On Tuesday this week we convened a panel of industry leaders to debate the economic case for a low carbon UK economy.

The event, titled ‘Decarbonising Britain’, saw representatives from major businesses Kingfisher plc, Aviva and DONG Energy discussing the economic argument for a low carbon UK with speakers from the Manufacturers Organisation for UK Manufacturing (EEF) and the government’s Committee on Climate Change.

This Storify is a brief summary of some of the comments made, and the questions asked in the Q&A with the audience and some of those following the debate on Twitter.
